In the remote, avid Bo-Karoo region of the Northern Cape lie the fields and orchads of Lowerland, a mixed organic farm on the banks of the Orange River. Lowerlands mission is to grow a basketful of farm food in a holistic, diverse, intograted ecosystem and bring it straight to your door. 

The bees on Lowerland feast on a variety of cover crops, vegetable blossoms, indigenous shrubs and trees throughout the year. Each batch of honey has a specific seasonal character due to the varied diet of the Lowerland bees.
